This, ladies and gentlemen, is as about as exciting as it gets.

My licence to Drive

Well, I got there in the end, and passed my test second time. Suffice to say Simon felt it necessary to add a picture of me getting a lift here with optimus prime to illustrate the point!
I drove to Wymondham and back on my own today and didn't have a heart attack or accident, which surprised me somewhat. My placement at the Constabulary which is in Wymondham started last week, and so far is going well.

Simon had his operation on Thursday, stayed in hospital for 3 nights, and will be an invalid for a few weeks too...poor thing. He wants you to know that fxhome is on Amazon uk, which they are very excited about. And some mac magazine which is a bit less exciting, but onwards and upwards and all that.

Eleveden Mystery Solved

Spent the weekend at Elveden Centre Parc swimming (mostly in the pool) golfing, canoeing and much more.

Coming soon to a forest near you...

Sunday 5th November

After surving the 'Sing Off' at Pete and Liz's legendary Fireworks Party
the night before, It's a Trap and various kind helpers went to Mousehold Heath to film scenes for the upcoming Scouts Guild event trailer.

Some pictures from Norwich webcams on this thoroughly wintery day in Norfolk.

Cheers,

James

We did the Monster Mash....

Friday November 3rd

James and I decided there wasn't enough wearing of costumes, playing of silly games and drinking going on so we put out the bat signal and invited people round for a Halloween Party.....on the "if you
make it (mulled wine), they will come" basis.

I huge thank you to our famous and infamous guests for a fab time, some extremely tasty gingerbread, and taking your lives in your own hands whilst allowing the bloke dressed as Guy Fawkes (known to his friends as V) to blow up some gunpower!!! Let me know when the burns heal up..... and we have nearly found all the escaped bits of salsa!

The notorious and tragic visitors included....The Red Death, Jack the Ripper & Prostitute, The Ghost of Cole the Ogre, Video & The Radio Star, Steve Irwin, The Priest and Possessed from The Exorcist, The Joker, Death, Dr Crippen and the late Mrs Crippen....oh and a bakers dozen of Sweeny Todds!

The Costumes were all so brilliant that we had to adjust our prize giving strategy and therefore we are very pleased to annouce that Joint 1st Place goes to.........
The Sweeny Todds!
with an Honorable Mention for...... Dr Crippen

Thanks....Anne Boleyn and V

p.s I now have a part-time job at John Lewis!!!

Condiment of sorts

Some Dill Weed in a nice pot!

This weeks condiment is a bit of a herb really, some may find the choice a little odd, but others will understand.

There is a song which goes with it but that'll have to wait until Christmas.

Who is that cheeky chappy in the picture anyway, doesn't he look happy at being placed next to 'Dill Weed'.

Cheers,

James
